Founded by Samer Khatib, Khatib Group reflects more than two decades of leadership in organizational transformation, operations, and people leadership across North America and the Middle East.
A graduate of Columbia University with a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Change Management, Samer spent his career helping organizations improve performance by improving culture.
That same philosophy now guides Khatib Group.
His belief is simple:

Today, Samer remains actively involved in every aspect of the business, ensuring each community reflects the standards and values upon which Khatib Group was founded.
